Sample documents

69 sample legal documents across five categories. See how our agent team approaches common Singapore commercial, employment and equity scenarios — and read the rationale behind each clause choice.

About these samples. The NDA, MSA and Employment Contract samples below were generated by our AI agent pipeline, including self-critique, adversarial review and deterministic gates. Some traces show the normal route to lawyer review after automated checks. The DPA samples are hand-authored examples pending pipeline and lawyer/product review; the SAFE samples remain hand-authored pending specialist roll-out. None of these are legal advice, and none are tailored to any specific transaction.

LawCrew is a legal-technology service, not a law firm. Our agents produce drafts; an independent panel of Singapore-qualified lawyers handles escalation when a matter exceeds the AI’s quality threshold. For your own matter, run an intake through the product so the agents can produce a draft scoped to your facts, and engage an independent lawyer to review before signing.

Some intakes — for example, employment offers with heavy non-compete obligations or sub-minimum salary — are intentionally routed straight to a lawyer rather than drafted by the AI. Those safety-rail cases are not shown on this page, but they are part of the system.

Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA)

Six representative scenarios — mutual and one-way, SG-only and cross-border, short term and long term. Each was drafted by our agent team and passed through the critique, review and gate workflow.

Master Services Agreements (MSA)

Fixed-fee, time-and-materials, retainer, milestone, managed services and SaaS subscription. Liability caps and IP allocation vary across samples.

Employment Contracts — Permanent

Six permanent SG offers spanning junior to executive seniority, with comp components that range from salary-only to equity-plus-commission. Each runs through the same critique, review and gate controls as customer matters.

Data Processing Addenda (DPA)

Six PDPA-anchored DPAs — controller-to-processor, joint controllers, sub-processor flow-down, cross-border transfers, and one-time controller-to-controller transfers.

Simple Agreements for Future Equity (SAFE)

Six SG-tailored SAFEs adapting the YC standard to Singapore Companies Act 1967 and SG governing law — post-money, pre-money with discount, MFN-only, and side-letter variants.

IP Assignment Agreements

Founder, contractor, and brand-asset assignment samples with chain-of-title, moral-rights, and recordal-cooperation controls.

SaaS Terms & Conditions

Vendor-side B2B SaaS terms covering renewal, uptime, support, data export, DPA cross-reference, and liability allocation.

Software Licence Agreements

Inbound, outbound, and royalty software licence samples that distinguish licence grants from ownership transfers.

Privacy Policies

Singapore PDPA-facing policies covering DPO contact, collection purposes, transfers, retention, marketing opt-out, and cookies.

Letters of Demand

Three firm-but-measured letters of demand — unpaid invoices, an unreturned tenancy deposit, and a final contract instalment. Each is open correspondence that reserves rights without threatening insolvency or criminal steps.

Letters Before Action

Three pre-action letters — breach of a supply contract, repayment of a documented loan, and unpaid consultancy fees — setting out the claim, the evidence relied on, and a response deadline before proceedings.

Debt Recovery Letters

Three debt recovery letters across the invoice, loan, and acknowledged-debt bases, each anchored to documentary records and a clear payment deadline.

Payment Plan Agreements

Three executable instalment agreements — an admitted trade debt, a settlement of a disputed claim, and a longer personal-loan schedule — with default consequences and a reservation of rights.

Settlement Agreements

Three full-and-final settlement agreements — mutual and one-way releases, with optional confidentiality and non-disparagement — recording no admission of liability.
